Since 2010, b project has been open to the public using an individualized process of injury recovery and the transition to performance through a new type of strength training specifically designed for mechanics progression.
The mission of b project is to provide clients a unique process of manual Physical Therapy and progressive bio-mechanical strength training which, is individually tailored for all stages of injury, any level of individual, as well as all types of sport activities.
This type of rehabilitation is also appropriate for chronic pains as well as any combination of mechanical compensations that are preventing an individual from training or competing at their potential.
The goal of bridging the gap from injury to returning to sport activity is not a new concept, but the methodology used at b project has been a proven path to success.
