What prompted you to seek b project’s services? What situation or problem did you need to solve?
I came to b project because I had fractured my ankle and wanted to rehab it as well as I could.
Why did you specifically select b project?
I had worked with Brad before he created b project. I did specific physical training with him to improve my surfing and my overall strength and posture. I had great results with Brad and trusted him over anyone else with my health when it came to anything physical.
What do you like best about b project?
Best part about training at b project is that you are pushed to your limits without burning out. I feel that I give everything I have at b project but never get run down the next day.
Best part about getting physical therapy at b project is that they take an aggressive approach to helping you heel quickly and end up with more strength than you had before the injury.
What is the hardest part about b project?
What has changed since starting b project?
I am much stronger and continue to become stronger every week. My surfing has reached new heights and my confidence to progress continues to grow.

b project is for anyone who wants to get the most out of there body and live a healthy active life.
