What prompted you to seek b project’s services? What situation or problem did you need to solve?
I was on a mission to become the best athlete possible and more specifically the best snowboarder in the world and needed the best help to make that happen.
Why did you specifically select b project?
B project felt right for what I was trying to accomplish. It was right inline with what I needed and the perfect way to get in the best shape possible for my sport.
What do you like best about b project?
The best part about b project for me is the one on one training and the amount of time that is spent to make sure I do each exercise correctly. If I’m going to dedicate time and money to personal training, I want to make sure I’m getting the most out of it as possible and at b project I feel like I really am.
What is the hardest part about b project?
Motivating yourself. Since you do have the luxury of working in a one on one environment it sometimes gets hard to work at your top level.
What has changed since starting b project?
The overall program outline has changed and I feel the exercises and workouts have gotten much more dialed in it feels I’m getting out everything I put in. Brad is constantly creating new exercises to add to my program that makes each work out as beneficial as possible.
Is there anything you’d like to add?
I feel if you have the motivation to get yourself to a gym, then getting yourself to b project is the best place to be.
