What prompted you to seek b project’s services? What situation or problem did you need to solve?
I started having to ice my shoulder and take ibuprofen so I could surf for half an hour. While surfing the pain would become excruciating and force me out of the water. I tried massage, chiropractic, and strength training at the gym. The two treatments would put my shoulder temporarily back into the correct position in the socket. The strength training on my own helped some. Still the problem was recurring. Eventually I was completely frustrated and in need of a solution rather than a quick fix. After hearing several success stories about B project from a friend, I decided I would give it a try.
Why did you specifically select b project?
The workouts are designed according to my individual needs and sports. It’s NOT the “same thing different day”. They are continuously evolving and innovative.
What do you like best about b project?
The hardest part is keeping my brain from thinking too much about the workout ahead of me when I’m already tired. Don’t get me wrong. The physical challenge of the workouts is what takes my thoughts there in the first place.
What is the hardest part about b project?
The shoulder issue I was having was resolved. I’m stronger and my balance has increased tremendously, translating into better surfing performance.
